Production line of PVC fiber enhanced soft pipe is a new product developed independently by our company. PVC fiber enhanced soft pipes are mainly used to deliver fluid. This kind of soft pipe possesses much superiority, comprising of innocuity, transparency, resistance against pressure, stretching and acid and alkali, good-looking appearance, soft texture and handiness, good durability etc. Thus, it is widely used for transition pipeline of air, water, gas, oil and other kinds of liquid and gas fluid.

 

This facility is composed of extruder, sprinkling water tank, take-off machine, cooling machine, winder and so on. 5). Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder’s output
